IT Service Manager

  • Responsibility for a domain of defined IT services, their underlying IT-systems and related complex IT applications.
  • Coordinating with stakeholders/Service Owners for IT integrations.
  • Accountability for all aspects of maintenance of an IT service and applications described in defined ITIL processes and technology architecture in production.

  • IT service management experience in large IT infrastructure.
  • SLA.
  • ITIL.
  • Solid technical background.
  • Professional level of spoken and written English.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, respecting cultural differences.
