SAP FICO & TE Business Analyst

  • Support the existing Concur & SAP design, application configuration as well as custom enhancements / integration points, identify/troubleshoot problems, and recommend preventive action.
  • Assess and document business requirements for new functionalities, which may include custom enhancements and custom reports.
  • Collaborate with various technical teams to evaluate design alternatives, optimize design solution and minimize performance impact.
  • Design and deploy new processes and configuration to meet business needs.
  • Prepare and execute functional unit test cases, work with cross functional teams to perform test activities (e.g. integration, performance, user acceptance).
  • Support the deployment of production applications and provide post-production support related to custom system enhancements and integration points.
  • Proactively provide status on all activities to appropriate stakeholders.
  • Follow applicable standards, procedures, guidelines, and methodologies in the support and/or maintenance of systems.

  • 6 - 8 years experience in an IT systems analysis function.
  • 2+ full life-cycle Concur-SAP implementations.
  • 5+ years of hands-on Concur/SAP configuration experience in FICO modules.
  • Thorough understanding of the integration with other SAP modules MM, PS.
  • Broad knowledge in data exchange, such as ALE, iDoc, BAPI, etc. is desirable.
  • Proven ability to research and assess potential SAP solutions in support of new business requirements.
  • Demonstrated understanding of all aspects of a full life cycle implementation and production support.
  • Good knowledge of SAP structures, configuration standards, object dependencies and tables.
  • Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem solving environment.
  • Excellent written and oral communications skills; ability to lead discussions, present ideas to various stakeholders.
  • Ability to engage with customers and partners to understand their business needs and priorities, lead requirement gathering and analysis session, design documentation and modeling.
