Global SAP Service Delivery Manager

PROJECT ROLE:
  • Candidate will be responsible to ensure that all services are delivered according to the contractual obligations.
  • Being the first point of contact for our Local SAP Competencies for the day-to-day SAP Ticket Management.
  • Managing the critical situations (priority setting, escalation and solution tracking).
  • Planning and coordinating the SAP releases (incl. support packages & hotfixes).
  • Implementation and further development of the Release Management strategy.
  • Support the development and monitoring of existing processes, policies, methods, tools & KPI’s.
  • Monitoring and reporting of KPI’s, setting and implementing measures to improve KPI’s.
  • Constant review and optimization of current processes for availability, performance and recovery and emergency processes.
  • Managing the SAP Operations (SAP Basis Activities) with AL GIO.

REQUIREMENTS:
  • 6 - 8 years experience in an Information Technology Management function.
  • Good knowledge of SAP applications and Middleware (SAP, Concur, Ariba, BODS, PI etc.).
  • Deep knowledge in Service Delivery and ITSM.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to relate service oriented and cooperate with others to effectively coordinate activities and accomplish goals.
  • Experience in leading and managing project team members and deliverables.
