  • The client is looking for experienced specialists to help manage the technical support. The role will include a combination of hands-on user admin tasks and standard tasks as a part of the Client’s Customer Support. After a short introductory phase, the consultant will become a part of the Customer Support Department and will be given responsibility for the ongoing management of the user admin within the above mentioned areas together with Danish colleagues.

  • 3+ years of experience with 1. / 2. level support
  • Cisco Certification
  • ITIL Certification (at least at the foundation level)
  • Fluent English
  • Strong analytical, coordination and planning skills
  • Strong troubleshooting abilities (incident management)
  • Knowledge of building/setting up virtual machines
  • Familiarity with cloud user administration, Cisco VPN administration (certificates renewals, troubleshooting etc.) and general user administration (AD/RACF)

  • Previous experience within the banking domain
