  • Monitoring of Client’s IT Infrastructure
  • Creating Incidents and Changes in ITSM system
  • Working on development of Operations tools and solutions
  • Working with other team members on creation of high-end solution documentation
  • Concentrating on meeting all the agreed SLAs and KPIs

  • Service Desk operations (2+YoE)
  • Microsoft technologies (including Windows Server)
  • Certification in one or more Microsoft technologies, at least MCSA level
  • Very good English skills
