PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
  • Provide 2nd level support to Service Desk and 3rd level support to IT-Supporters.
  • Monitor and maximize existing resources and maintain system availability by managing and scheduling jobs.
  • Interact with Database Specialist, Infrastructure Specialist, Network Specialist and Developers in all tasks related to job schedules, monitoring, batch operation, backup/recovery and maintenance of schedule tools and environments and potentially other infrastructure components and/or applications.
  • Act on a global level and may take part in on duty calls.
  • 24x7 work schedule.


REQUIREMENTS:
  • Experience in providing 2nd level support to Service Desk and 3rd level support to IT-Supporters. in Linux environment.
  • Experience in Java based systems/applications.
  • DB2.
  • Gemalto.
  • ITIL.
