The Global SAP OM & PCC Business Analyst is responsible for the implementation and support of the SAP ECHO Solution for Order Management and Project Cost Control. The position requires configuration and solution expertise and will provide application/functional support of the SD/PS modules with a key focus on the integration between Supply Chain (MM/PP/WM) and Finance (FI/CO) modules. Significant experience in the Sales Order Process & Project Management process is required to provide guidance and insights to project team members and business. In addition to the project based initiatives this position will also be responsible for the day to day production support tasks.
Key responsibilities:
  • Support the existing Concur & SAP design, application configuration as well as custom enhancements / integration points, identify/troubleshoot problems, and recommend preventive action
  • Assess and document business requirements for new functionalities, which may include custom enhancements and custom reports
  • Collaborate with various technical teams to evaluate design alternatives, optimize design solution and minimize performance impact
  • Design and deploy new processes and configuration to meet business needs
  • Prepare and execute functional unit test cases, work with cross functional teams to perform test activities (e.g. integration, performance, user acceptance)
  • Support the deployment of production applications and provide post-production support related to custom system enhancements and integration points
  • Proactively provide status on all activities to appropriate stakeholders
  • Follow applicable standards, procedures, guidelines, and methodologies in the support and/or maintenance of systems

  • Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Business/Accounting, or equivalent work experience
  • 6 - 8 years experience in an Information Technology systems analysis function, working with end-users to translate business requirements into systems specifications
  • 2+ full life-cycle SAP implementations
  • 5+ years of hands-on SAP configuration experience in SD or PS modules
  • Thorough understanding of the integration with other SAP modules FI,CO, MM
  • Proven ability to research and assess potential SAP solutions in support of new business requirements
  • Demonstrated understanding of all aspects of a full life cycle implementation and production support
  • Good knowledge of SAP structures, configuration standards, object dependencies and tables
  • Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem solving environment
  • Excellent written and oral communications skills; ability to lead discussions, present ideas to various stakeholders
  • Ability to engage with customers and partners to understand their business needs and priorities, lead requirement gathering and analysis session, design documentation and modeling
  • Experience with Google Suite (Mail, Sheets, Docs, Slides) is a plus
