PROJECT DETAILS: The Scrum Master will be responsible for planning, leading, organizing, and motivating the Database activity monitoring team to achieve delivery of strategic initiatives committed in a larger Cyber Security project portfolio. The Scrum Master will be responsible for managing a concurrent high visibility initiative using Agile methodologies and practices. This position requires an individual who has previously been a successful Scrum Master and/or Agile Coach.
PROJECT DESCRIPTION: - Lead and manage a team of six IT security specialists for Database activity monitoring in Cyber security space;
- Together with Project Manager coordinate with stakeholders and manage risks, issues and dependencies;
- Provide status and act as the point of contact for questions and issues;
- Work with Product owner to drive the definition and refinement of the product backlog;
- Maintain metrics that provide visibility to stakeholders on plans, progress and quality;
- Facilitate alignment of dependencies between the team and other units;
- Foster a team collaborative and efficient environment.
PROJECT REQUIREMENTS: - 3+ years of professional experience as Scrum Master and/or Agile Coach, Project Manager;
- Experience with Agile Management tools, e.g. Jira;
- Solid knowledge and understanding of SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) structure and theories;
- Excellent English communication skills in written and spoken.
