Senior Oracle Database Administrator

PROJECT INFORMATION:
Industry: Finance / Banking
Location: Warsaw
Business trips: Occasional
Project language: English, Polish
Remuneration: 90-120 PLN/H + VAT (depending on experience)
Project length: 5 months +

TASKS:

• Creating new databases and schemas.

• Supporting new application version installations (for example taking back-ups, restoring DBs from back-ups, schema migrations, installation of database, application objects, datapump export/imports, data scrambling).

• Troubleshooting any kinds of problems that are related to the existing databases.

• Supporting testing activities (especially non-functional testing).

• Participating in go-live activities.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Senior DBA with experience of RAC, DG, ASM, RMAN, datapump.

• Exadata is a plus.

• Strong English skills.

• Work outside business hours required for some delivery activities, including weekends.
