Business Process Analyst

PROJECT INFORMATION:

• Project details: The Consultant will get a possibility to play a key role, working across the Workday and Salesforce platform in close cooperation with Business Analysts and key stakeholders to analyze business requirements, suggest, implement and maintain innovative and efficient solutions.

The hired person will be part of the Business Services team in Warsaw, which serves all Professional Services Operations globally.

• Remuneration: up to 115 pln/h+VAT

• Assignment type: B2B contract

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Work closely with stakeholders in the Services Division (Consulting and Managed Services), Finance/Controlling, IT on optimizing and extending the processes of our Services operations and to support this within the System Application Architecture (Workday, SalesForce and others).

• Ownership of the Applications within the Services Division, release management, including adoption of new functionalities and testing.

• Manage change request on the applications and reporting

• Provide 3rd level support

• Writing specifications, documents and providing training for end users

EXPERIENCE & COMPETENCIES:

• At least 3 years experience in a similar position, sound knowledge of operational processes and applications in an Professional Services organization (Revenue forecasting, Capacity and Resource Management, Offer Management for Consulting projects and/or Managed Services)

• Strong affinity with IT solutions and business process thinking

• Brilliant collaboration and communication skills, bridging IT and business

• Fluency in spoken and written English

• Bachelor degree or higher
